02/ Let’s Talk

During a complimentary consultation (in-person, email or google meet), we will discuss ideas to create your invitation/event stationery. We’ll chat about your style, theme, fonts, graphics, printing method, paper selections, colour palette and embellishments. If needed, any adjustments to the initial quote will be made during this time.

03/ Review Your Proposal

Once the proposal is approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and you will be booked in our calendar. We will send you a questionnaire which will help us get started on your first draft.

04/ Design & Proofing

You will receive your first draft via email which will include all the details of your suite. This includes 3 complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure everything is perfect.

05/ Printing & Assembly

Once your designs are approved, production begins. The printing & assembly process can take 2-6 weeks depending on your print method. Final payment is required before printing. Once your job is complete, you will be contacted to pick it up.

06/ Day-Of Stationery

We offer day-of details to keep your printed materials consistent with your invitation suite design. These can include: welcome sign, ceremony programs, menus, table numbers, seating chart, place cards, escort cards, reserved signs, thank you tags, bar signs, dessert signs and more. Design Period

From your first proof to revisions to final approvals — we estimate that it takes 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of your project and the number of revisions you require.

Production Time

The production time varies depending on the type of print method and if any assembly is required.
